When you arrange for a new Complex Care package with us, we’ll meet with you and your loved one to assess their individual needs and situation. During our initial assessment, we will:
get to know you and your loved one personally,
understand their diagnosis and existing support plan,
consult with any other medical professionals who may already be involved,
devise a detailed support plan that is always open for review.
SureCare Guildford & Woking is fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and all of our care workers and care co-ordinators are subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance for your peace of mind.
