What\u2019s more, service users are able to receive bespoke care packages from the comfort of their own homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Registered Care Manager, Jyoti Kotecha, will be working hard to ensure that a high level of quality is delivered by SureCare Leicester\u2019s care workers across all services. On top of that it\u2019s important for Jyoti to oversee operations around the office as well as out and about, to ensure that the business meets all compliance criteria every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A big part of their operations now will involve rigorous recruitment procedures to ensure that care workers joining the SureCare Leicester team are both personable and professional in their approach to home care.
