At SureCare Lewisham, we aim to provide care, assistance and support in ways that have positive outcomes for all of our clients, whilst promoting and encouraging their active participation. We regularly review the services we provide to ensure that we are successfully meeting the needs of our service users and achieving their aims and objectives. We also encourage feedback from our clients, their relatives, friends and representatives.
Our person-centred approach to care allows us to provide tailor-made care and support packages that contribute to the overall health and well-being of our clients, whilst incorporating individual needs, wishes and preferences. In order to meet our clients’ individual needs, we at SureCare Lewisham ensure that a full care needs assessment is completed by our experienced staff and a detailed plan of care is agreed. We also seek to ensure that our clients’ needs are thoroughly re-assessed as often as required, so that the care and support provided has the flexibility to respond to any change of needs. Through our services, we strive to assist our clients in maintaining their dignity and independence at home, as well as encouraging participation within our local community wherever possible.
SureCare Lewisham has rigorous recruitment and in-house training procedures, allowing us to consistently provide high quality amongst our team of care professionals. All of our staff are subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance, and are regularly monitored and supported in their role. Full extensive training is provided, with career progression and personal development actively encouraged throughout. Through this, we strive to ensure that our services are delivered to the high and professional standard you’d come to expect from a nationally recognised care provider.

About Grace and Florence
Grace and Florence firmly believe that quality home care is built on trust, empathy, and respect for a person’s dignity and independence. It is these qualities which drive them both to provide services that enhance the lives of others in their local community. Together, their primary objective is for SureCare Lewisham to make a positive impact on clients and their loved ones.
To achieve this, they are committed to building a fantastic team of care assistants in an inclusive working environment. Both Grace and Florence strive to establish a strong reputation for reliability and excellence throughout the Borough of Lewisham. Supported by SureCare’s national brand standard, their aim is for SureCare Lewisham to become the trusted choice for both families and care professionals in the area.
For Grace, caring for others has always been more than just a job. Having worked in domiciliary home care for several years, she has supported people in their everyday lives. She has learned just how much of a difference she can make in somebody’s day through her kindness, patience, and even something as simple as a friendly smile. She is excited to bring her experiences to her work at SureCare Lewisham with a simple goal in mind: “to make sure every person we care for feels respected, valued and supported in their home.”
Florence comes from a strong, professional background in customer care, team leadership, and operational management. She has previously worked across the banking, retail, and public transport sectors, dealing with customer queries in a timely and empathetic manner. Her interpersonal and service skills make her well placed to oversee daily operations at SureCare Lewisham, with a focus on safety, warmth, and customer well-being.
