At SureCare Morecambe, we aim to provide care, assistance and support in ways that have positive outcomes for all of our clients, whilst promoting and encouraging their active participation. We regularly review the services we provide to ensure that we are successfully meeting the needs of our service users and achieving their aims and objectives. We also encourage feedback from our clients, their relatives, friends and representatives.
Our person-centred approach to care allows us to provide tailor-made care and support packages that contribute to the overall health and well-being of our clients, whilst incorporating individual needs, wishes and preferences. In order to meet our clients’ individual needs, we at SureCare Morecambe ensure that a full care needs assessment is completed by our experienced staff and a detailed plan of care is agreed. We also seek to ensure that our clients’ needs are thoroughly re-assessed as often as required, so that the care and support provided has the flexibility to respond to any change of needs. Through our services, we strive to assist our clients in maintaining their dignity and independence at home, as well as encouraging participation within our local community wherever possible.
SureCare Morecambe has rigorous recruitment and in-house training procedures, allowing us to consistently provide high quality amongst our team of care professionals. All of our staff are subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance, and are regularly monitored and supported in their role. Full extensive training is provided, with career progression and personal development actively encouraged throughout. Through this, we strive to ensure that our services are delivered to the high and professional standard you’d come to expect from a nationally recognised care provider.

SureCare Morecambe is here to provide the right support for our clients every step of the way.
With Faisal at the helm, our business is led by his extensive background of knowledge, exemplary service and exceptional management skills. Faisal has over 15 years of experience working in the agriculture sector, where he has significantly honed his abilities to adapt, problem-solve, and lead teams effectively. Caring for livestock daily, he has gained a strong sense of compassion and attentiveness to the well-being of animals. These transferrable skills have helped him to quickly adapt to the world of home care. Faisal’s considerable knowledge and hands-on experience have equipped him with a deep understanding of client needs and the importance of delivering high-quality services on a personal level.
Faisal’s journey into the home care industry and launching a SureCare business began with an inspiring story, having lost his parents to COVID-19. This fuelled his ambition and determination to create a home care service that offers a level of compassion and support that Faisal and his parents received. His aim is for SureCare Morecambe to provide quality care services to the community and make a positive impact in people’s lives.
Empathy, dignity and reliability are at the heart of Faisal’s approach to leading a home care service. With his strong leadership, he feels it’s also crucial to maintain consistency and trustworthiness amongst his team of highly dedicated care workers, who will deliver quality care to individuals and families in need.
