At SureCare Newcastle & North Tyneside, our passion is in providing care and support for others in our society. We can assist those in need of a helping hand with professional care services, but we also like to encourage others looking to build up their own care skills too.
Many family carers voluntarily looking after a loved one at home may benefit from advancing their own personal skills. With our specialist Care Training courses available, we can help individuals and organisations to improve their own approaches to care and personal support.
About our Care Training courses
With our Train the Trainer certification, certified staff at SureCare Newcastle & North Tyneside are able to provide training in keys areas of personal care. This allows us to offer specific training courses and help others to broaden their skillset.
Training courses are generally carried out at our branch office, with all the necessary resources and equipment readily available. In some cases, we may also be able to deliver training courses to businesses and organisations on their own premises for group sessions with their staff.
