At SureCare Batley & Wakefield, we aim to provide care, assistance and support in ways that have positive outcomes for all of our clients, whilst promoting and encouraging their active participation. We regularly review the services we provide to ensure that we are successfully meeting the needs of our service users and achieving their aims and objectives. We also encourage feedback from our clients, their relatives, friends and representatives.
Our person-centred approach to care allows us to provide tailor-made care and support packages that contribute to the overall health and well-being of our clients, whilst incorporating individual needs, wishes and preferences. In order to meet our clients’ individual needs, we at SureCare Batley & Wakefield ensure that a full care needs assessment is completed by our experienced staff and a detailed plan of care is agreed. We also seek to ensure that our clients’ needs are thoroughly re-assessed as often as required, so that the care and support provided has the flexibility to respond to any change of needs. Through our services, we strive to assist our clients in maintaining their dignity and independence at home, as well as encouraging participation within our local community wherever possible.
SureCare Batley & Wakefield has rigorous recruitment and in-house training procedures, allowing us to consistently provide high quality amongst our team of care professionals. All of our staff are subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance, and are regularly monitored and supported in their role. Full extensive training is provided, with career progression and personal development actively encouraged throughout. Through this, we strive to ensure that our services are delivered to the high and professional standard you’d come to expect from a nationally recognised care provider.

About Sajjad and Wajjad
Dynamic duo Sajjad and Wajjad bring a wealth of experience to SureCare Batley & Wakefield, having previously established a successful childcare business and health club for ladies in the local area.
They joined the care sector with a passion and innovative ideas to ensure the highest standard of care services are delivered to clients. Their leadership is proactive – being friendly, approachable and listening to the needs of clients are at the forefront of their values.
Sajjad and Wajjad are dedicated to ensuring that people are able to continue living in their own homes with the appropriate care and support they need.
