SureCare Bolton is a franchise of SureCare Community Services Limited owned and operated by Sakinas Healthcare Limited.

At SureCare Bolton, we aim to provide care, assistance and support in ways that have positive outcomes for all of our clients, whilst promoting and encouraging their active participation. We regularly review the services we provide to ensure that we are successfully meeting the needs of our service users and achieving their aims and objectives. We also encourage feedback from our clients, their relatives, friends and representatives.

Our person-centred approach to care allows us to provide tailor-made care and support packages that contribute to the overall health and well-being of our clients, whilst incorporating individual needs, wishes and preferences. SureCare Bolton also strives to work in partnership with other services and health professionals, maximising the full potential of those we support.

In order to meet our clients’ individual needs, we at SureCare Bolton ensure that a full care needs assessment is completed by our experienced staff and a detailed plan of care is agreed. We also seek to ensure that our clients’ needs are thoroughly re-assessed as often as required, so that the care and support provided has the flexibility to respond to any change of needs. Through our services, we strive to assist our clients in maintaining their dignity and independence at home, as well as encouraging participation within our local community wherever possible.

SureCare Bolton has rigorous recruitment and in-house training procedures, allowing us to consistently provide high quality amongst our team of care professionals. All of our staff are subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance, and are regularly monitored and supported in their role. Full extensive training is provided, with career progression and personal development actively encouraged throughout. Through this, we strive to ensure that our services are delivered to the high and professional standard you’d come to expect from a nationally recognised care provider.

SureCare Bolton is led by Hasina Anwar.

About Hasina

Hasina has worked in the care sector for over 18 years. She became a director in 2016 and is proud to own a company named after her late mother, Sakina, who was an inspiration to not only Hasina and her siblings but also the local community – a reputation she spent a life time building. This is the motivation behind all of Hasina’s hard work today as the bar was set very high from an early age.

Hasina regards each service user as if it was her parent or someone she loves and firmly believes in delivering high quality services, at all times. Her passion, dedication and commitment is the same today as it was on her first day in care. This drives her to continually improve herself and her team, which enables SureCare Bolton to deliver a person-centred service, always.

Her personal motto is “the difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that little extra” – it is by giving that little extra which makes SureCare Bolton stand out from the rest.
