SureCare Colchester & Braintree is a franchise of SureCare Community Services Limited owned and operated by The Colne Valley Care Company Limited.
At SureCare Colchester & Braintree, we aim to provide care, assistance and support in ways that have positive outcomes for all of our clients, whilst promoting and encouraging their active participation. We regularly review the services we provide to ensure that we are successfully meeting the needs of our service users and achieving their aims and objectives. We also encourage feedback from our clients, their relatives, friends and representatives.
Our person-centred approach to care allows us to provide tailor-made care and support packages that contribute to the overall health and well-being of our clients, whilst incorporating individual needs, wishes and preferences. In order to meet our clients’ individual needs, we at SureCare Colchester & Braintree ensure that a full care needs assessment is completed by our experienced staff and a detailed plan of care is agreed. We also seek to ensure that our clients’ needs are thoroughly re-assessed as often as required, so that the care and support provided has the flexibility to respond to any change of needs. Through our services, we strive to assist our clients in maintaining their dignity and independence at home, as well as encouraging participation within our local community wherever possible.
SureCare Colchester & Braintree has rigorous recruitment and in-house training procedures, allowing us to consistently provide high quality amongst our team of care professionals. All of our staff are subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance, and are regularly monitored and supported in their role. Full extensive training is provided, with career progression and personal development actively encouraged throughout. Through this, we strive to ensure that our services are delivered to the high and professional standard you’d come to expect from a nationally recognised care provider.
Our Leadership Team
The family have lived in Earls Colne – between Braintree and Colchester – for the last 40 years, becoming well known in the local community.
About Muhammed and Halim
Halim has a distinguished background in accountancy both in the UK and Bangladesh. He is a Chartered Accountant who runs his own accountancy practice, which supports local businesses within the village as well as throughout London.
Muhammed is also a Certified Chartered Accountant, with a history in trading and industry accounting spanning over a decade. He joined Halim in 2018 and together they have grown the accountancy practice to the size it is today. Muhammed is also the Registered Manager for SureCare Colchester & Braintree.
In addition to this, both brothers manage a portfolio of rental properties within Essex and South West London, adhering to regulations and accommodating people from many different backgrounds.

We have opened SureCare Colchester & Braintree to meet the personal care, companionship and assistance requirements of our local community. With our strong financial background and a keen interest in the well-being of the local community, we will aim to reduce the strain on social care in our area by providing person-centred care and support for clients who want to continue living at home for as long as it is safe to do so, maintaining their independence.”
