SureCare have been caring for Dad for several months now. He has told me the staff are all nice and he enjoys chatting with them and appreciates what they do for him. I have met several members of the team and they have all obviously got my Dad’s wellbeing at the forefront. The management team are on top of things, flexible and I appreciate the regular communication. They listen and are compassionate during a period of change that is never easy to navigate and accept. Earlier this year my beloved Mum was diagnosed with terminal cancer, after a couple of stays in hospital, Mum's wishes were to pass away at home.  Mum was discharged early April and we were provided with SureCare East Surrey & Sevenoaks to visit twice a day and help us care for her.  We as a family could not have wished for kinder, caring people to look after our lovely Mum.  They were respectful, looked after my Mum's dignity throughout, nothing was too much trouble. This has been such a heartbreaking time not only for my Mum but also her family. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Gaj, Tracy and their amazing team at SureCare. Without them we would not have coped as well, thanks to them they helped make my Mum's last few days the best it could have been. I know you all only came into our lives for a very short time (6 days), but you made a big difference for my Mum and our family, for that I will be eternally grateful. SureCare provides care for my mum, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. After 3 months in hospital, my mum required homecare after she was discharged. I wanted to do my homework on the company that would be caring for mum. From the initial conversation with Gaj, to the home visit by Tracy and morning visits by the carers over the last couple of months, SureCare provides absolutely everything they promise. The level of care mum receives is exemplary. The carers are never in a rush and always make time for a chat. They always arrive at the same time every morning. After having a stroke ,which left me with vestible migraine and tinnitus it has made any turning and bending quite difficult , also I have severe arthritis, so I made the decision to find myself some help in the house. The staff are so lovely and genuinely compassionate, treating Nan as if she were a part of their own family. I have been using Sure Care East Surrey and Sevenoaks for my bi weekly house clean and am really impressed with their service.
