SureCare Hertfordshire is a franchise of SureCare Community Services Limited owned and operated by Avanti Care Services Limited.
SureCare Hertfordshire provides high quality, compassionate care at home to people across Hertfordshire, supporting individuals to remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes. As a franchise of SureCare we are proud to form part of a trusted nationwide SureCare network.

Our management team is actively involved in overseeing care delivery, ensuring strong clinical oversight, clear boundaries, robust governance and high standards are maintained at all times.
We are proud to be a Hertfordshire County Council main provider and to have achieved an ‘Excellent’ rating in our most recent PAMMS inspection. This reflects our commitment to quality beyond basic compliance, meeting the rigorous expectations of both the local authority and national regulators. Many families take reassurance from knowing we are held to such high standards.

Our quality rating
SureCare Hertfordshire has been registered with the CQC since November 2017. We are regularly inspected to ensure that our home care services and our care workers always perform to a high standard. This is reflected in our most recent inspection results, where we achieved a ‘Good’ rating in all areas.
We’re committed to operating at a consistently high level and we have our sights set on reaching the highest rating of ‘Outstanding’ in our future inspections. We aim to do this by maintaining a flexible and honest approach to our tailored services that cater to each individual.
