At SureCare Hounslow & Ealing, we aim to provide care, assistance and support in ways that have positive outcomes for all of our clients, whilst promoting and encouraging their active participation. We regularly review the services we provide to ensure that we are successfully meeting the needs of our service users and achieving their aims and objectives. We also encourage feedback from our clients, their relatives, friends and representatives.
Our person-centred approach to care allows us to provide tailor-made care and support packages that contribute to the overall health and well-being of our clients, whilst incorporating individual needs, wishes and preferences. In order to meet our clients’ individual needs, we at SureCare Hounslow & Ealing ensure that a full care needs assessment is completed by our experienced staff and a detailed plan of care is agreed. We also seek to ensure that our clients’ needs are thoroughly re-assessed as often as required, so that the care and support provided has the flexibility to respond to any change of needs. Through our services, we strive to assist our clients in maintaining their dignity and independence at home, as well as encouraging participation within our local community wherever possible.
SureCare Hounslow & Ealing has rigorous recruitment and in-house training procedures, allowing us to consistently provide high quality amongst our team of care professionals. All of our staff are subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance, and are regularly monitored and supported in their role. Full extensive training is provided, with career progression and personal development actively encouraged throughout. Through this, we strive to ensure that our services are delivered to the high and professional standard you’d come to expect from a nationally recognised care provider.

About Jacques
Jacques has gained a strong appreciation for the value of compassionate, person-centred care, by drawing on his previous experiences. His past experience in teaching has enabled him to develop key skills in communication, organisation, and empathy. It is his firm belief that to make a real positive impact in people’s lives requires a respectful and dependable approach.
Jacques says: “At the heart of our service is a simple belief: Care is a human connection.” As the leader of SureCare Hounslow & Ealing, he is determined to deliver a care service that upholds dignity, promotes independence, and creates a safe and supportive environment for those in our care. Great care starts with great people, and Jacques is proud to lead a team that values empathy, professionalism, and integrity in everything they do.
