SureCare North Herts & Stevenage is a franchise of SureCare Community Services Limited owned and operated by Haer-2-Care Ltd.
At SureCare North Herts & Stevenage we aim to go the extra mile to meet the needs of our clients. We endeavour to take the worry away from family members organising care and support for their loved ones, by providing a professional and safe service.
Before delivering services, we arrange to meet the client, and family members where appropriate, to have an in-depth chat about the support required and to complete assessments, to ensure we fully understand the client’s needs and wishes. Following on from this a person-centred care and support plan is created that meets the client’s individual needs for them to agree upon. During this whole process the client is involved in every decision.
We provide high-quality home care in Stevenage, Hitchin, Letchworth, Baldock, Royston, Biggleswade, Buntingford and the surrounding areas.

Our Leadership Team
About Ran and Ritu
Ran and Ritu are passionate about personalised care and believe every individual should be able to choose, control and make decisions about how they want their care and support to be provided. They will work in partnership with their clients, families, and friends to provide an “outcomes focused” service that puts the individual at the centre of everything they do.
SureCare North Herts & Stevenage will provide care that is tailored to meet the client’s individual needs, choices and wishes. Enabling them to continue living in their own home, be involved in decisions about their care whilst encouraging their independence as much as possible.
Ran and Ritu have a strong business background which has given them the necessary skills to develop and adapt to the ever-changing needs of a care company. Their main areas of focus will be to ensure the day-to-day operations run as smoothly and efficiently as possible, recruiting staff of the right calibre and training staff to the highest standard.
Ritu and Ran will also undertake home visits to supervise and evaluate staff, perform quality checks, risk assessments, chat to clients to ask for feedback on how things are going and areas where improvements could be made. Together, they are always happy to address questions and concerns from staff, our clients or their family members and friends where appropriate.
Ran says: “Our staff are the key to our success, making sure they are happy, treated in the right way and providing support and leadership will empower our staff to actually make a difference. Our staff will be trained to provide outcomes focused person centric care. This will allow us to provide the standard of care our clients truly deserve, my job is to do the utmost to ensure we are developing and creating this culture and care champions.”
Ritu says: “I truly believe that everyone deserves the right to quality care, I would expect nothing less. My goal is to work together with our clients and their families to improve their quality of life and provide them with the right help to achieve their goals.”
