At the end of June 2025, it was time to celebrate once again! Our Employee of the Month is just one of the ways we recognise the achievements by our Office & Care Teams.

At SureCare (Reading & East Berkshire), we greatly appreciate the hard work, compassion, and dedication demonstrated by our Care and Office Teams every single day. We believe that exceptional care begins with exceptional people, who carry out their roles with professionalism and a keen focus.

This month, we are proud to celebrate the excellence demonstrated by our colleagues. We received a wide range of nominations, including several for our dedicated Care Coordinator.

Among the nominees this month, two individuals stood out, having earned high praise from fellow colleagues, service users, and office staff alike for their exceptional contributions. Their dedication has made a meaningful impact on the lives of those we support, as well as helping to inspire their colleagues and contribute to our positive and supportive worklife at SureCare (Reading & East Berkshire).
