SureCare Southend is a franchise of SureCare Community Services Limited owned and operated by Integrated Smile Care Ltd.

At SureCare Southend, we aim to provide care, assistance and support in ways that have positive outcomes for all of our clients, whilst promoting and encouraging their active participation. We regularly review the services we provide to ensure that we are successfully meeting the needs our of service users and achieving their aims and objectives. We also encourage feedback from our clients, their relatives, friends and representatives.

Our person-centred approach to care allows us to provide tailor-made care and support packages that contribute to the overall health and well-being of our clients, whilst incorporating individual needs, wishes and preferences. SureCare Southend also strives to work in partnership with other services and health professionals, maximising the full potential of those we support.

In order to meet our clients’ individual needs, we at SureCare Southend ensure that a full care needs assessment is completed by our experienced staff and a detailed plan of care is agreed. We also seek to ensure that our clients’ needs are thoroughly re-assessed as often as required, so that the care and support provided has the flexibility to respond to any change of needs. Through our services, we strive to assist our clients in maintaining their dignity and independence at home, as well as encouraging participation within our local community wherever possible.

SureCare Southend has rigorous recruitment and in-house training procedures, allowing us to consistently provide high quality amongst our team of care professionals. All of our staff are subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance, and are regularly monitored and supported in their role. Full extensive training is provided, with career progression and personal development actively encouraged throughout. Through this, we strive to ensure that our services are delivered to the high and professional standard you’d come to expect from a nationally recognised care provider.

About Adeola and Sumaila

Adeola and Sumaila both understand the importance of care services at home for people from all walks of life today. Together, they have combined their skills and experience to lead SureCare Southend, dedicated to providing a range of quality home care services across Southend-on-Sea and the surrounding areas.

Adeola is a successful businessman, having worked in a diverse range of industries including farming, fashion and car retail, before working in adult social care. After taking up the responsibility of caring for an elderly relative living with dementia, he focused on a career in care to support the local community in his home country of Nigeria. Working in care, he developed an unwavering commitment to supporting others with compassion and integrity.

Relocating to the UK, Adeola drew upon his previous experiences in business and in care to launch SureCare Southend. His knowledge and expertise make him well placed to lead the way for a team of care professionals delivering a diverse range of care services to people of all ages and living situations.

Adeola treasures the importance of family bonds and values, giving a sense of warmth and compassion in his approach to care. Today, he strives to continue enriching the lives of those around him, supported by his strong background as an entrepreneur and in the world of care.

He is joined by Sumaila, who has also built up a reputation for being a visionary leader and goal-oriented businessman. Sumaila characterises himself as a dedicated family man with the ambition, resilience, and commitment to making a positive impact in whatever he does. As a co-leader of SureCare Southend, he relies on his strong business acumen to support the daily operations of the branch.

Together, both Adeola and Sumaila aspire for SureCare Southend to be a highly reputable care provider for clients and employer of care workers. With assistance from SureCare’s national head office, their team will receive regular training to maintain compassionate and professional services for everyone we care for.

Registered Manager

Denice Tricker

Denice has worked in the care sector for 25 years, dealing with a range of different responsibilities in various roles. She worked her way up from a Care Worker role to positions including Team Leader, Care Coordinator, Deputy Manager and finally Registered Manager. Her experience covers a range of environments like complex care agencies, domiciliary care providers and care homes.

Throughout these different roles, Denice has mentored and encouraged employees to reach their full potential, as they delivered services in a supportive and compassionate manner. In addition to this, she has always maintained a strong focus on achieving quality standards, adhering to CQC regulations. Her experience makes her the ideal person to oversee operations at SureCare Southend, as she aims to create an environment that enables both care staff and service users to feel comfortable and respected every day.
