At SureCare Stockport, we aim to provide care, assistance and support in ways that have positive outcomes for all of our clients, whilst promoting and encouraging their active participation. We regularly review the services we provide to ensure that we are successfully meeting the needs of our service users and achieving their aims and objectives. We also encourage feedback from our clients, their relatives, friends and representatives.
Our person-centred approach to care allows us to provide tailor-made care and support packages that contribute to the overall health and well-being of our clients, whilst incorporating individual needs, wishes and preferences. In order to meet our clients’ individual needs, we at SureCare Stockport ensure that a full care needs assessment is completed by our experienced staff and a detailed plan of care is agreed. We also seek to ensure that our clients’ needs are thoroughly re-assessed as often as required, so that the care and support provided has the flexibility to respond to any change of needs. Through our services, we strive to assist our clients in maintaining their dignity and independence at home, as well as encouraging participation within our local community wherever possible.
SureCare Stockport has rigorous recruitment and in-house training procedures, allowing us to consistently provide high quality amongst our team of care professionals. All of our staff are subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance, and are regularly monitored and supported in their role. Full extensive training is provided, with career progression and personal development actively encouraged throughout. Through this, we strive to ensure that our services are delivered to the high and professional standard you’d come to expect from a nationally recognised care provider.
Our Leadership Team
About Amna
With rising demand for care services growing not just across the Manchester area but also the whole country, Amna developed a strong desire to help people in her local community in Stockport. Her drive and determination compelled her to launch a home care business in the area that would support the right people with the right services in the comfort of their own homes.
Amna decided to launch a SureCare franchise in Stockport after speaking with a family friend who works for a neighbouring SureCare franchise in Greater Manchester. Upon finding out a bit about the processes, policies and commitment to high levels of compassionate care, she embarked on the journey to establish her own business and bring SureCare services to the people who need them most.
Amna’s passion for care and support stretches back to her college days, where she studied Health and Social Care and achieved Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications. She later studied Law, earning an undergraduate degree from the University of Salford and a Master’s degree from the University of Law in Manchester. Amna has since worked in law firms, dealing with a range of different legal matters on a daily basis.
By utilising her impressive range of knowledge and transferrable skills, she is ideally placed to manage a business that will prove to be a vital asset to the local community. Amna is also proud to operate SureCare franchise in Stockport, as part of a highly reputable nationwide brand that has been established for 30 years.
It is Amna’s primary goal to help as many people as possible throughout the Stockport area. She is motivated by a passion to make people’s lives that little bit better, even when someone may feel they have nobody else to look after them. With her team of highly trained local care workers, she will lead the way for SureCare Stockport to provide exemplary services for those in need.
