Field Care Supervisor

£26,000 per year (full-time)
Full-Time (Part-Time available)

SureCare Dartford & Gravesend is looking for a Field Care Supervisor to join the team.

Locations covered: Dartford, Gravesend, Swanscombe, Greenhithe, Stone, Longfield, Hartley, Shorne, Wilmington, Joydens Wood, Darenth and South Darenth.

Salary:

  • Full-time (5 days): £26,000 per year
  • Part-time (4 days): £20,800 per year (pro rata)

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the Registered Manager with:

  • The day-to-day running of the service,
  • Care plan reviews, spot checks and staff supervisions,
  • Undertaking care visits and cover,
  • Supporting quality assurance and CQC compliance
  • Participating in the on-call rota every other week.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous domiciliary care experience.
  • Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
