Through our services, we strive to assist our clients in maintaining their dignity and independence at home, as well as encouraging participation within our local community wherever possible.

SureCare Glasgow has rigorous recruitment and in-house training procedures, allowing us to consistently provide high quality amongst our team of care professionals. All of our staff are subject to enhanced background checks under the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme, and are regularly monitored and supported in their role. Through this, we strive to ensure that our services are delivered to the high and professional standard you’d come to expect from a nationally recognised care provider.

Our Leadership Team

SureCare Glasgow is led by Sammira Iqbal and Sumaira Iqbal.

About Sammira and Sumaira

Sammira and Sumaira launched SureCare Glasgow to follow their shared passion for supporting vulnerable people and to offer quality home care services in the local community. They previously noticed a lack of considerable options in the home care market, particularly as their older relatives were in need of suitable care services in later life. These experiences became the driving force behind Sammira’s and Sumaira’s desire to provide vital home care services across Glasgow so that other families wouldn’t face the same challenges in the future.

Before launching SureCare Glasgow, Sammira’s background and experience includes retail management and business development in her own successful property business. She is accustomed to providing tailored advice in a professional yet friendly manner, putting the best interests of her clients first. In bringing this caring nature and approach to the home care industry, she aims to ensure our clients and their loved ones feel at ease with our service.

As a qualified solicitor, Sumaira is an extremely diligent and focused individual. She has also been involved in the running of her family operated Childcare and Nursery business for several years. This has given her considerable experience of working within the care sector, as well as an understanding of the processes and expectations of the Care Inspectorate. Sumaira places quality at the heart of everything she does in order to make a positive impact in people’s lives.

Operating as a family-run business, SureCare Glasgow has a mission to provide individuals with compassionate, quality care that offers peace of mind. Together, both Sammira and Sumaira strive to ensure that our clients and their loved ones have a positive experience with us and receive services that focus on respecting the dignity and wishes of those under our care.
