Continued success and new recruitment for SureCare North Leeds

Setting up just 12 months ago, SureCare North Leeds has experienced steady and significant growth in their business. Now the team are looking ahead to wider expansion with an increase in care staff.

Led by Manjinder Heer and his son Karun, the business has gone from strength to strength in providing vulnerable people with exceptional care services. Through this progression, these operators have been able to expand their team to reach more and more service users throughout the area.

Following their own personal experiences of caring for loved ones, Manjinder and Karun approached SureCare to establish and manage their own range of home care services, supporting the community in North Leeds & Harrogate. Over the last year, the father/son duo have forged a successful path with family values right at the heart of the business.

Further expansion & recruitment

Fresh off the back of scooping the Best Achievement Award at SureCare’s annual conference and gala earlier this year, SureCare North Leeds is delighted to announce plans for further growth in their team.

The branch is currently actively looking to recruit 50 new care workers by January 2019, to continue their strong, person-centred delivery of quality care services. Through this evolution, the team will be able to expand their clientele across North Leeds, Harrogate and the surrounding areas.
