SureCare North Leeds now delivers Complex Care

This August marks a significant anniversary for SureCare North Leeds & Harrogate, as we celebrate 10 years in business! Coinciding with this milestone, we have just launched our Complex Care service following recent registration.

When we started SureCare North Leeds & Harrogate 10 years ago, we began with no staff and no clients. But over the last decade, we have gained a trusted and well-respected reputation for providing quality home care across Leeds and Harrogate.

Having won several awards over the last decade – including being named among homecare.co.uk’s Top 20 Home Care Providers in our region in 2021 and 2022 – we’ve been recognised for our hard work and quality, giving us the drive to continue developing our services.

New Complex Care Service

As we head into our next decade in operation, we’re pleased to announce that SureCare North Leeds & Harrogate is now registered to deliver Complex Care services, with a particular focus on clinical support. Our updated registration with the Care Quality Commission now enables us to carry out Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury.

Since becoming registered for TDDI in June 2026, our Clinical Nurse has joined the business and we’ve begun delivering our first specialist training sessions. Our aim now is to develop a trusted service that gives people across Leeds and Harrogate access to genuinely high-quality Complex Care at home.

With our Clinical Nurse providing key oversight, our Complex Care services are managed entirely in-house by our experienced management team. They are the people who best know our clients, our staff members, and the quality standards we expect at SureCare North Leeds & Harrogate.

Our Complex Care team is made up of existing care staff, each of whom have been carefully selected, trained and supported to move into this specialist role. This also means we don’t rely on external agency staff, enabling us to ensure continuity and quality in our services.
